Erikoisvalu Oy – Metal Castings for Demanding Needs

Erikoisvalu Oy is a Finnish foundry specialized in producing high-quality metal castings for industrial clients, communities, and private customers. We work with aluminium, copper, brass and bronze, casting everything from individual components to small production series and prototypes.

We are located in Mäntsälä, Southern Finland, and have served satisfied customers since 1977.

Our quality management system is certified according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. This ensures that our operations meet international quality requirements and that we continuously improve our processes for the benefit of our customers.

What we do

  • Prototypes for product development
  • Small series production (1–100 pcs)

  • Functional components for machines and technical applications

We specialize in sand casting, which enables fast and cost-effective production of one-off parts or limited batches without expensive tooling or large volumes.
